Clayton L. Robinson

Born Lorain, Ohio, May 11, 1963. Admitted to Ohio Bar, 1988; Kentucky Bar 1994; admitted to practice before U.S. Supreme Court; U.S. Court of Appeals, Sixth Circuit; U.S. District Courts, Eastern and Western Districts of Kentucky and Northern District of Ohio. Since 1988, Mr. Robinson's practice has focused on medical malpractice defense. With 73 medical malpractice jury trials, Mr. Robinson has won 67 of those trials. Four cases resulted in losses, including a plaintiffs' verdict with an award of one dollar. Two cases resulted in hung juries. A frequent speaker, both to medical and legal associations, Mr. Robinson has co-authored a text on medical-legal issues. The Risk Management Handbook for Health Care Professionals, Parthenon Publishing Group (2002). Mr. Robinson is A-V Rated by Martindale-Hubbell. He has been selected for inclusion in the 2010, 2011 and 2012 editions of The Best Lawyers in America as well as the 2011 and 2012 edition of Kentucky's Best Lawyers. Clay Robinson was named one of Kentucky's top attorneys in 2011 and 2012 editions of Super Lawyers magazine.

Shannon Naish

Shannon M. Naish was born in Seattle, Washington, October 22, 1959. He graduated from the University of Kentucky College of Law in 1997. His undergraduate degree is from the University of Washington. Shannon was admitted to the Kentucky Bar in 1997 and is admitted to practice before the U.S. Court of Appeals, Sixth Circuit, U.S. District Court for the Eastern and Western Districts of Kentucky. He is a member of the Fayette County and Kentucky Bar Associations. Since 2001, he has concentrated his practice in medical malpractice defense and professional malpractice defense. In addition to his civil litigation practice, Shannon has represented a diverse range of health care professionals, including dentists, physicians and nurses, before State Licensure Boards.
